As you may already be aware, SOLID Surface Care, Inc. (“SOLID”) acquired Mid America Specialty Services (“MASS”) in December 2025. We are pleased to share that we are nearing the completion of our systems integration and are committed to ensuring a seamless transition for our valued customers.
To help facilitate this process, we kindly ask that you forward any new vendor setup or maintenance forms requiring completion to [email protected].
For your convenience, please download SOLID’s W-9 below.
Additionally, please download and refer to the Bank Verification Letter below regarding our banking transition and update your records to remit all payments to Wells Fargo Bank in place of First Merchants Bank.
Effective September 1, 2026, all future invoices will be issued by SOLID Surface Care, Inc. While your services will continue to be performed by the same trusted legacy MASS team (and MASS will continue to be the contracting entity), all applicable purchase orders, contracts, service agreements, and any other related documentation for work performed on or after September 1, 2026, should be issued under:
SOLID Surface Care, Inc.
