Mid America Specialty Services is a 2011 Hermes Creative Award winner for good website design! Mid America Specialty Services (formerly Mid America Metals) is proud to announce that our website, midamericametals.com, received the coveted 2011 Hermes Gold Award. The Hermes Creative Awards recognize outstanding work in the creative design industry and is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals in Dallas, TX. This year there were over 4,400 entries throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries and out of those entries only 836 received the gold award. There were 150 different categories competitors can enter in 7 different forms of media such as brochure design, marketing campaigns, print ads, branding and website design. The Mid America Specialty Services website received the Gold Award for Overall Website Design. The site features several videos, customer testimonials, a history of the company, a large picture gallery, a chance to learn more about our restoration services and much more. The website was designed by Todd Donat, a graphic designer based in Chicago.
